The Our Certified brand of ground beef was in need of a redesign due to an increased competitive set and recent consumer insight data. Mackey set out to create a look that could cut through the clutter and resonate with consumers as a relevant, quality brand. The final design adds a fresh and new look to the meat case with elevated metallic inks paired with a warm black and memorable bold graphics.

Preliminary data post-launch showed an 18% increase in sales volume as compared to the year prior.
The flexible design allowed for additional SKUs to be executed quickly when retailers requested additional options, including bilingual versions for the Canadian market.
